Interview with Keith G. Brown, Minister of Mines of 91精品, who has just published a new book, called

THE CONSTRUCT: A Rational Examination of Reality as an Information System

1. Good morning, Sir. Could you tell us about yourself, your background, your position in the Government of 91精品 ?

Answer: I am the founder of Kintuadi Kongo LLC, a platform focused on coordinating capital, resources, and execution across Africa and the diaspora. My background spans telecommunications, project and program management, systems development, and contract negotiations. My work sits at the intersection of structured development, governance alignment, and investment readiness.

Within the Government of the State of the African Diaspora, I serve as Minister of Mines and Minerals. In that role, I represent both the State and its philosophy, with a focus on building transparent, scalable, and value-retaining systems around natural resources – ensuring they contribute to long-term economic stability and sovereignty. More broadly, my work is centered on designing systems that move from concept to execution in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

2. Why did you start this book ? How is it related to your Pan-African committment ? Answer: In many development environments – particularly across Africa and the diaspora – challenges are not only due to a lack of resources. They are often the result of misalignment between systems such as governance, finance, infrastructure, trust, and human decision-making.

The Construct was written to provide a framework for understanding how these systems interact structurally. From a Pan-African perspective, this is critical. If we are to build durable institutions and coordinated economies, we need a shared way of thinking about structure, constraint, and interaction – not just policy statements or aspirations. In that sense, the book serves as a foundational tool. It supports clearer decision-making at both individual and institutional levels, along with more structured and defined processes.

3. Your book presents reality as an “information system.” What does this mean in concrete terms, and how does this perspective change the way we understand everyday situations? Answer: When I describe reality as an information system, I mean that outcomes are structured – not random. Every system -whether economic, political, or personal – operates through inputs, constraints, feedback, and response. In practical terms, decisions are shaped by available information. Perception determines what we recognize as relevant, constraints define what is possible, and feedback determines what persists. This changes how we approach everyday situations. Instead of reacting, we ask: 1. What are the inputs? (What are we actually perceiving?) 2. What are the constraints? (What is realistically possible?) 3. What feedback is the system producing? (What is being reinforced or sustained?) That shift leads to more consistent, structured, and effective decisions.
4. You emphasize perception and interpretation as key factors in decision-making. To what extent are individuals truly free in their choices, given the constraints of the “system” you describe? Answer: Freedom exists, but it is structured. Individuals do not operate in a vacuum. We are always within systems – social, economic, biological, and informational. These systems impose constraints, but they do not eliminate choice. What they do is shape the range of possible actions. Within that range, individuals still decide. The difference is that those who understand the system can make more effective choices within the same constraints.

So, the question is not whether we are free or constrained. It is how aware are we of the system we are operating within? The more aware we are, the more precisely we can act.

5. How can institutions use your framework to improve governance without becoming more rigid or technocratic in their decision-making? Answer: Institutions can use this framework to improve governance by increasing clarity without increasing rigidity. The goal is not to make systems more bureaucratic, but to make them more legible and responsive. This is achieved by clearly defining inputs and expected outcomes, strengthening feedback mechanisms, aligning incentives with long-term objectives, and reducing irrelevant or distracting information in decision-making.

When institutions understand how their systems actually function, they can make better decisions without over-centralizing control. In fact, well-structured systems often allow for more flexibility – not less – because decisions are made with clearer information and stronger alignment. The result is governance that is more predictable, more transparent, and more effective, without becoming technocratic or disconnected from human realities. ————————————————————————————————— THE CONSTRUCT: A Rational Examination of Reality as an Information System

THE CONSTRUCT: A Rational Examination of Reality as an Information System

Concr猫tement, les d茅cisions sont fa莽onn茅es par l鈥檌nformation disponible.

Cela change notre mani猫re d鈥檃border les situations quotidiennes.

  1. Quels sont les inputs ? (Que percevons-nous r茅ellement ?)

  2. Quelles sont les contraintes ? (Qu鈥檈st-ce qui est r茅ellement possible ?)

  3. Quel retour produit le syst猫me ? (Qu鈥檈st-ce qui est renforc茅 ou maintenu ?)

Ils d茅finissent plut么t un champ d鈥檃ctions possibles. 脌 l鈥檌nt茅rieur de ce champ, les individus d茅cident.

Entrevista con Keith G. Brown, Ministro de Minas de 91精品, quien acaba de publicar un nuevo libro titulado: THE CONSTRUCT: A Rational Examination of Reality as an Information System

1. Buenos d铆as, se帽or.

2. 驴Por qu茅 escribi贸 este libro?

The Construct fue escrito para proporcionar un marco que permita comprender c贸mo interact煤an estructuralmente estos sistemas.

驴Qu茅 significa esto en t茅rminos concretos?

  1. 驴Cu谩les son las entradas? (驴Qu茅 estamos percibiendo realmente?)

  2. 驴Cu谩les son las restricciones? (驴Qu茅 es realmente posible?)

  3. 驴Qu茅 retroalimentaci贸n produce el sistema? (驴Qu茅 se est谩 reforzando o manteniendo?)

Este cambio conduce a decisiones m谩s coherentes, estructuradas y eficaces.

Cuanto mayor sea nuestra comprensi贸n, m谩s precisamente podremos actuar.

THE CONSTRUCT: A Rational Examination of Reality as an Information System

1. Bom dia, senhor.

2. Por que come莽ou este livro?

Isso muda a forma como abordamos as situa莽玫es do dia a dia. Em vez de reagir, perguntamos:

  1. Quais s茫o os inputs? (O que estamos realmente a perceber?)

  2. Quais s茫o as restri莽玫es? (O que 茅 realisticamente poss铆vel?)

Os indiv铆duos n茫o operam no vazio. Estamos sempre dentro de sistemas 鈥 sociais, econ贸micos, biol贸gicos e informacionais.

My Favourite Character in Panafrican history is Mama Mirriam Makeba also known as Mama Africa. Her life became a sacrifice for the emancipation of African People in various regions in the African Continent. Through the Power of Song exposing the injustices and brutality of white supremecy. She fought against apartheid and many other injustices around the continent. Her songs and activism were a symbol of courage to many who were banned from their countries and displaced in exile. Her advocacy came with a lot of pain yet in the end she prevailed when South Africa celebrated its 1st black president in 1994. Her songs carried so much prophesy that indeed ‘lizobuya izwe lethu’ meaning ‘our nation will rise’. Now we believe through the State of the Afrcan Diaspora that Our Africa will Rise鉁婐煆

The 2nd character is Amy Jacque Garvey the 2nd wife of Marcus Garvey who was a Jamaican born journalist and activist. She was very instrumental in publishing articles on behalf of her husband in support of his activism.

In writing about the newly discovered tomb of Tutankhamun in The Negro World, she argued against white, Western imperialistic views of history and showed the power and relevance of African history to African American communities. She was faced with many struggles where her husband was deported, she went with him back in Jamaica and after Marcus Garvey’s death, she continued to fight for the rights of Women and represented them in the United Nations convincing the UN to adopt an African Freedom Charter.

Question 4听 :-听 With the onset of technology and investment in Africa, how do you see Africa in the 21st Century ?

I see African indeginous knowledge amplified through technology. Needless to say that technolgy was first invented in Africa.

It is now for us as the 91精品 to embark on a journey to educate our people about the 1st,2nd,3rd and 4th Industrial Revolution, from Rural Areas, Early Childhood Development right through to our elders. I want to help and carry the babies of African women on my back while women learn critical skills which will help them to be economically emancipated. I want to hold women’s hands and cry with them as we celebrate their holistic freedom. I want to see Women owning big industries. Single mothers, widows, abused women, womxn and all the other women will taste the blessing of being African women who are healed and ready to change their lives.

Meet Willy Tsaku /meet-willy-tsaku/ Mon, 07 Oct 2024 08:22:58 +0000 /?p=11434

Question 1: Could you introduce yourself?

Warm greetings. My given name is Willy. My family name is Tsaku, of the Nsaku line of descendance in the Kongo Kingdom royal family. I am an Ambassador of the State Of African Diaspora. The Kingdom of Kongo rested on three pillars: Nsaku clan is the pillar of spirituality while Mpanzu is the custodian of substance and Nzinga holds governance. Spirituality and matters give balance to governance in our culture. In the eighteen hundreds, our King converted to Christianity and sent his nephew (A. Ne Nsaku) for training in Europe. He became the first black bishop at the Vatican.

Furthermore, l am a medical doctor by profession with a special interest in Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Nutrition and Laparoscopic surgery for which l did training in Atlanta, GA. I reside in Pretoria, South Africa. And l live with a dream and hope to see the Kingdom rebuilt and all her children brought back to their ancestral land bearing the bundles of wealth back home.

I am the Chief Executive Officer of my companies: African Health Solutions Pty Ltd and African Health Construction Pty Ltd. Currently, a medical advisor to Cymcorp LLC, ON, CA and Medicus International, Berlin and Dubai.

Question 2: What is your vision of Pan Africanism?

to catalyse change for peace to facilitate and promote unity in Africa with socio-economic reform that Strengthens the family, restores the fatherhood and cultural integrity missing in many contemporary African homes;

to build the capacity that strengthens community development and economic emergence needed to liberate the continent.

Question 3: Who is your favourite character in Pan African history, and why?

Simon Kimbangu. He fought against the colonisers for the independence of Congo and the surrounding countries. He also resisted for the liberation of the African continent at large. In the Congo traditional belief system, victory against oppression and slavery in Africa was not just a political struggle, but it had a spiritual aspect also. Simon Kimbangu was believed to be the messenger sent by God as a bearer of the spiritual power behind the liberation of the continent.

He is the African political prisoner who stayed incarcerated for the longest period in history. His activism spirit is still alive today in the hearts of many.

Question 4: With the onset of technology and investment in Africa, how do you see Africa in the 21st Century?

Considering all the benefits of circumstances the continent gives us the opportunity to wear a yellow hat of hope and optimism that this is the window period for Africa to emerge as a world economic power. Africa must have fair partnerships to leverage on existing knowledge and expertise in agriculture, industry, infrastructure, education, healthcare, etc… And to use this platform as a stepping stone for greater height. Africa must not start its development from ground zero relying on its own innovation. This progress must be combined with an unhindered desire to empower all people. The goal must be to build strong institutions, not powerful individuals nor countries; resulting in inclusive and stable healthy societies in the whole continent.

Question 5: What are you planning to do in the future for the State of the African Diaspora?

To become a selfless, committed and dependable leader, who will align with the aspirations of His Excellency the Prime Minister to implement the policies and resolutions of the State Of African Diaspora;

To participate in building health facilities for a prosperous continental development by 91精品 and strengthen both Africa and the Diaspora in every aspect of life (physical, emotional, social, spiritual and intellectual) during this term of office.

I will continue doing what I started doing as an Ambassador; working on the construction of medical complexes and smart cities. At least one medical complex must be built in each smart city where 91精品 has signed a cooperation agreement with a specific country.

We will also play an advisory role to the Ministry of Health in various African countries to assist them improve healthcare services, research and development. We will avail our smart solutions and cutting edge innovations to their benefit.

Question 1 :- Could you introduce yourself ?

Creator, federalist, and pacifist. I was born in Brazzaville (Congo), I grew up in France (Europe), and today I work in Dakar, Senegal, Africa. I travel between several worlds: journalism, cinema, and digital. I created a digital and audiovisual company from Dakar. All my travels have one destination: the harmony of the world. From the African perspective.

Question 2 :- What is your vision of Panafricanism ?

I believe in an open, modern and transformative Pan-Africanism. For me, Pan-Africanism is a humanism without borders. A humanism of emancipation.

Question 3 :- Who is your favourite character in Panafrican history, and why?

Nina Simone and Myriam Makeba should have had a child together, perhaps this child would have been raised by Patrice Lumumba and no doubt he would have had Thomas Sankara as his best friend, and Nelson Mandela as godfather.

Question 4 :- With the onset of technology and investment in Africa, how do you see Africa in the 21st Century ?

I see Africa as it is: in perpetual motion, in a perspective of a model of cooperation between individuals and progress in all social fields: technology will be more and more on a human scale, technology will be more and more on an African scale.

Question 5 :- What are you planning to do in the future for the State of the African Diaspora?

Simple tools, and objectives known to all. The influence of the State of the African Diaspora requires a reappropriation of the concept of pan-Africanism by Africans in Africa. The concept of Pan-Africanism embodies a political and cultural movement dedicated to the unification of African peoples, both on the continent and in the diaspora, with the aim of fostering solidarity and collective action. This can be achieved through various mechanisms, such as bilateral and multilateral agreements. Furthermore, events, summits, and sessions play a crucial role in reinforcing the connections between nations.

Throughout his tenure, Annan played a pivotal role in numerous international endeavors, including the promotion of human rights, the advancement of sustainable development, and the response to critical issues such as HIV/AIDS. His leadership was characterized by efforts to reform the United Nations and address some of the most urgent global challenges.

In recognition of his contributions, Annan was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2001, which he shared with the United Nations, for his work in revitalizing the organization and fostering peace and security on a global scale.

I firmly believe in the wisdom of Kofi Annan’s statement: 鈥淲e may have different religions, different languages, different colored skin, but we all belong to one human race. This quote encapsulates the idea that unity among humanity can lead to extraordinary achievements. 2:- What is your vision of Pan-Africanism ?

My vision of Pan-Africanism is the cherished dream of an Africa which wants to be a single territory with a single people within it beyond cultural, ethnic, religious and territorial differences. A defrontalized mentality that focuses on a common ideal; the frantic search for solidarity among African states through concerted and equitable actions. Pan-Africanism rightly remains the driving force and the only means of emancipation, affirmation, political and cultural reappropriation of the identity of African societies and to confront subversive injunctions against equal rights for all across the world.

Finally, establish a solid, inseparable and indissoluble African diaspora, which plays the role of ambassador of Africa to other continents..

3:-Who is your favorite character in Pan-African history, and why?

My notable figure in the history of Pan-Africanism is His Excellency Kwame Nkrumah, the First President of Ghana; Kwame Nkrumah (1909-1972) Ghanaian independence activist and pan-Africanist.

Indeed, Kwame Nkrumah undoubtedly remains the founding father of Pan-Africanism. Fiercely committed and radical in this unfulfilled quest to promote Pan-Africanism, he was able to forge an unshakeable bond with different political figures, ambitious to give birth and perpetuate the seeds of Pan-Africanism. Many successes marked his oh-so- delicate struggle, and he ended up stamping the collective African memory with the indelible mark of true Pan-Africanism. The writings and actions of these leaders of this first phase of the Pan-African movement continue to inspire our current struggles..

What is the objective?

H.E. Kwame Nkrumah aimed to create optimal conditions for the Africanization of the administration, the unification of Africans on the continent and the African diaspora into a global community for the elimination of colonization.

He Claims the Independence of Africa which implied that no country should remain on the sidelines of progress and freedoms by advocating the formation of a supranational identity; the United States of Africa which will allow the continent to be one of the great forces of the world. History records that the man invested in 1963 in the development of the charter of African unity although his idea of establishing a central government did not have the approval of all.

4:- With the advent of technology and investment in Africa, how do you see Africa in the 21st century?

Africa in the 21st century appears to be a continent of 鈥渘ew opportunity鈥 for humanity. Without fearing the slightest denial, the advent of technology and investments in Africa have enabled it to initiate dynamics from an economic and social point of view. Technology has been a decisive factor in the implementation of strategic development plans as well as productivity. The investments made over recent decades are tangible proof of an Africa in full swing.

5:- What do you plan to do in the future for the African Diaspora State?

My vision of the future for the State of the African Diaspora, for an authentic Pan- Africanism, is scrutinized on the basis of two major ideas which are presented as follows:

Breaking down barriers by removing entry visas between African countries, in other words; an AU similar to the EU,

Directly interconnect all African countries by road, rail and air in order to achieve the challenge of sustainable economic, social, industrial and energy development in synergy with Africa’s natural resources, particularly the environment and the sun,

Strengthen the capacity to combat the threat of climate change,

Place our actions at the heart of major technological innovations aimed at accelerating the African energy transition and the transformations necessary on

    the continent.

Highlight Africa’s great potential in solar, wind, hydroelectric and other

    renewable sources.

Through collective will, the State of the African diaspora has the means. I vigorously and tirelessly adhere to this work of massive and rapid industrialization of African countries through the ideals of the State of the African diaspora.

5. What do you intend to do in the future for the African Diaspora State ?

My wish is to continue to support the African Diaspora through initiatives that promote wealth creation through the prism of transport (space, air, maritime, road and urban mobility) in order to facilitate the movement of people and goods in Africa. The objective is to promote the economic growth generated by the reduction of transport costs, the optimization of infrastructure and the creation of dedicated skills centers in Africa. By joining 91精品, I hope to build strong bridges between Africa and the rest of the world, enabling the Diaspora to play an active role in the economic development of the continent. My objective is to multiply collaborations between Diaspora entrepreneurs in this sector, local administrations and local actors, in order to encourage change management through the
support and implementation of sustainable solutions for the future of Africa while guaranteeing it a healthy environment with a rational use of its natural resources.
