May 25th聽2020 鈥� For the African Liberation Day, a ground breaking initiative has emerged聽: launched by the State of the African Diaspora (91精品) and the Economic Community of the 6th聽Region (ECO-6), is the Citizenship ID Card of 91精品 and ECO-6.聽 This new ID is to create a new citizenship and common unity for the Afro-desendant members of the African Diaspora.

Created in two colours, Gold and Platinum, this ID includes several security features against any kind of fraud, such as nano text and holographic overlays.

鈥�鈥橧n many countries of the world, as a result of history, People of African Descent remain undocumented, or are regarded as second class citizens聽; now, with this new ID, their citizenship will be fully recognised in the聽 context of the African Diaspora鈥欌赌�

鈥樷�橳hat is why this ID is not only a matter of administration. It is a matter of pride, of reparation and reconstruction鈥欌赌�

鈥樷�檛he State of the African Diaspora has formed an alliance with several organisations to form The Exodus Alliance who will be Livestreaming an event 鈥� Africa Day 2020 鈥� on 25 May at which the announcement of the registration will be officially made鈥欌赌�.
This ID Card has 3 main functions 鈥�
- A Symbolical Function聽: When you are a citizen of the 6th聽Region African Diaspora (ECO-6), the ID is of great symbolic significance of your belonging to a worldwide African community connecting you to its past, to its present and to its future.
- A Political Function聽: When you are a citizen of the 6th聽Region African Diaspora (ECO-6) and the State of the African Diaspora, the ID gives you the right to vote for the Members of the Parliament of the State of the African Diaspora. ID card holders will also be eligible to become a Citizen member of one of the African Kingdoms partnering with the State.
- A Social and Economic Function聽: When you are a citizen of the 6th聽Region African Diaspora (ECO-6), the ID gives you priority access to social and economic benefits, such as our Panafrican Agency for Scholarships and Internships, our Digital University, the Tele-medecine program, the networks of our Chamber of Commerce, etc.
The State of the African Diaspora now invites the individuals of the African Diaspora to become Citizens of ECO-6, the 6th Region of the African Union.
